11A. Covid 19 Clause

AZ DJ follows all Covid 19 safety protocols outlined by local the county/city/state/federal health officials, and will obey all gathering limitations set the local city/county/state authorities.  AZDJ will not perform if the event breaks Covid 19 safety protocols and or gathering limitations set forth by the local authorities of the city/county where the event takes place, and no refunds shall be refunded.   Any requests made by guest need to be made text message to the DJ

AZ DJ follows social distance (6ft) guidelines and mask/facial protection during events,  AZ DJ will enforce social distance guidelines , no guest’s at any time shall encroach on/in AZ DJ’s performance area or Setup area/space.   Any requests made by guest need to be made via text message to the DJ.

AZ DJ will apply all monies paid if the event is canceled due to Covid 19 restrictions that are set in place after date of booking to a new date of choosing if said date is open and available and agreeable to both parties.
